About WPV-Ready
We want to hear from you about anything on your mind, great or small. You don't have to join anything. You don't have to commit to anything.
Our Mission
WPV-Ready is the emergency preparedness program of the Woodside Fire Protection District (WFPD). We serve the communities of Portola Valley, Woodside, and surrounding San Mateo County areas.
Our goal is simple: help every individual, family, and neighborhood be prepared for the emergencies most likely in our area -- wildfire, earthquake, and severe storms. We do this through education, community organizing, and hands-on support.
